CO-FOUNDER Story + Development A writer, director, and producer working across television, documentary and brand. She leads story and development for the company, originating and guiding projects from inception through execution and delivery, with authorship, production and motion design oversight across scripted, unscripted and commercial formats.
Her career spans television production, branded entertainment, and editorial media. After beginning her career in network and syndicated television, she went on to write, produce, and direct commercials, multi-platform campaigns, long-form branded content, and special media projects for global brands distributed across broadcast, cable, digital, and streaming platforms.
That experience continues to shape her approach to original storytelling, preserving authorship, creative vision, and disciplined execution in service of stories built with intention, truth, and impact.
JILL TEEPLES
CO-FOUNDER Creative + BrandA producer, creative director and art director working across brand and media. She leads creative and design for the company, shaping original ideas, visual identity and campaign expression across still photography, digital and web, while driving documentary research and creating original series concepts.
Her career spans creative direction, branding, visual design, and campaign development across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, luxury, and consumer brands.
That experience continues to inform her approach to creative leadership, translating ideas into cohesive visual language and campaigns that express every brand and story with clarity, consistency, and purpose—ensuring the visual expression is as intentional as the story itself.

CO-FOUNDER Strategy + PartnershipsA producer and director working across documentary, brand and media. She leads investor strategy and partnerships for the company, while serving as a creative producer across development, production and post. On the company’s first documentary project, she made her directorial debut and drives brand and project strategy.
Her career spans integrated marketing, brand strategy, and multi-channel campaigns across broadcast, digital, and social media.
That experience continues to guide her approach to investor strategy, partnerships, and creative producing—building trusted relationships that connect stories with the right partners, opportunities, and momentum to bring them to life.
